Alcohol-free cleansing and refreshing toner recommended especially for skin prone to dilated and breaking blood vessels. Contains Horse-chestnut extract, which strengthens and protects capillaries and minimizes the visibility of red spider veins. Additionally, the toner refreshes, moisturizes and soothes irritation of the skin. Instruction for use: Apply the toner onto cleansed skin using a cotton pad. Repeat a few times, using clean cotton pads each time and until the skin is totally clean. Dermatologically tested.
